Carlson Wagonlit Travel will contact you via email with a sample itinerary within 7 business days of receiving your completed registration. Once you have received your sample itinerary, you will have until 4:00pm on the next business day to confirm and approve of the itinerary or notify CWT of any changes you would like to make. Carlson Wagonlit hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST. To avoid disappoint with your travel options, please ensure you respond to CWT by the following business day.
